Tracey Woods 

Sound Healing Practitioner Artist and Teacher

Tracey Woods is a Sound Healing Practitioner, artist and teacher. She is passionate about sharing the power of sound, along with creative therapies. Sound wellness is suitable for all ages, and is particularly beneficial for relaxation, improved emotional and spiritual well-being, alleviating tension and pain, reducing stress and rebalancing the nervous system. Creative therapies are helpful for shifting into calm and uplifting states.  Tracey also has a Social Work background (with a focus on cancer and palliative care), and brings a compassionate and gentle approach to her work with adults and children. Consultations: Tuesday (2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month)

Counsellor, Sandplay Therapist 

Helen is a wholistic counsellor and Sandplay therapist specializing in personal growth, post-separation parenting, co-parenting, family matters, family safety and child inclusive practices. Attending to issues of stress, anxiety, anger, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, conflict. Sandplay therapy is an expressive psychotherapy method using symbol-work, found to be effective for all ages. Having had extensive experience in her work with Relationships Australia, Helen works with adults, teens, children (10yrs +) and all types of relationships. Sandplay therapy allows expression of internal stories for unearthing hidden fears, insecurities, emotional blockages and self-limiting beliefs, enabling new insights and breakthroughs for healing, growth and wellbeing. For those going through separation, Helen has extensive experience in assisting how to navigate the rocky terrain of uncertainty, conflict, and separated parenting challenges, whilst she supports change and growth toward stable child-focused family functioning. Helen holds Australian Counselling Association membership, her qualifications include Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution; Diploma of Counselling and Groupwork; Advanced Sandplay, Child Consultant; Clinical Supervision (interwovensandplay.com.au).

Jaclyn Hall

Clinical Counsellor and Supervision​​

Jaclyn is a Clinical Counsellor and Supervisor Accredited by the Psychotherapist & Counsellors Federation of Australia (PACFA), a Full Member of the EMDR Association of Australia, as well as a Victims Services Counsellor in NSW. Jaclyn started her career in the human services sector in 2007. Since then, she has worked in the Government and Non-Government sectors holding counselling, case management and team leader positions in areas of Mental Health, Community Development, out of Home Care, Domestic & Family Violence and DisAbility. Jaclyn works from a trauma informed, person centered approach drawing from a range of modalities such as: Resource Therapy (Parts Work), Polyvagal Theory, Dialectical Behaviour Theory (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Relational Integrative EMDR (RI-EMDR)

Leonie Wainwright

Clinical Psychologist

Leonie Wainwright is a Clinical Psychologist with 10 years’ experience in child and adolescent mental health working across private, government, and non-government organisations. Leonie has experience working with children and their families/carers around issues including anxiety, mood and behaviour, social difficulties, and trauma. She also enjoys and is experienced in working with neurodiverse children and adolescents. Leonie works wholistically with families and carers to support children and adolescents, and enjoys incorporating play and creativity with evidence-based interventions, drawing on theoretical principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (and Trauma-Focused CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Leonie is trained in a range of interventions for children and parents/carers, including the Cool Kids anxiety program, Tuning into Kids, and the Seasons for Growth program supporting children in grief and loss, as well as Parent Hope for care givers.

Leonie generally sees children aged up to 12 years. Consultations: Mondays.

Cathy O'Brien, Practice Principal, is a Psychologist and Family Therapist. She specialises in working with young people, as well as adults, and can see individuals and families. She is a Board Approved Supervising Psychologist, and also supervises clinicians individually and as teams from a Family Therapy perspective. She has extensive experience in Child and Adolescent Mental health Teams (CAMHS), and supervises many CAMHS and NGO teams. In her private practice, she draws on Systemic (Family) Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy. Above all, she aims to work collaboratively, flexibly and with good humour. Consultations: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and some Fridays, with some after hours appointments. Josephine Lauria is a Clinical Psychologist with over fifteen years’ experience working with adults and young people on a wide range of concerns. She has worked in both private practice and extensively in Community Health and Mental Health services. Josephine is particularly passionate about treating anxiety and mood disorders, the effects of childhood trauma, and assisting women (and partners/families) who may be experiencing challenges during pregnancy and the postnatal period (adjustment struggles, attachment/bonding difficulties, perinatal loss and/or trauma and relationship changes). Josephine enjoys working collaboratively with clients to develop individualised treatment goals and uses an attachment-based and trauma-informed approach to her work. She is also skilled in using evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, IPT, Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Consultations: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Telehealth only) some late appointments.

Mitch Watkins is a psychologist who has over 10 years’ experience working within education, and has a background in primary school teaching. Mitch has a deep passion for helping children, adolescents, families and adults to overcome barriers and improve wellbeing. Mitch enjoys listening with a warm, empathic and genuine approach to counselling. He prides himself on creating a reflective and safe environment, and values transparency, trust and humour within a therapeutic relationship. Mitch utilises a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and solution-focused therapy.

Ann Morris is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW accredited) with a wealth of experience in Community Health and in Private Practice. She is passionate in her work with people who have suffered all types of trauma - sexual, physical, & emotional abuse in childhood & in adulthood, and with concerns related to sexuality, sexual functioning, sexual orientation & gender identity. She sees people for anxiety, depression, acute and chronic illness, ageing, grief & loss. She provides Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDRAA member), and is skilled in Narrative Therapy, ACT, Mindfulness practices, hypnotherapy & CBT. Warwick Poulsen

Christine Prentice is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who has been in practice for over 31years, in Public Health and Private Practice. She is known for her skills in working closely with those who have experienced trauma, Complex PTS or Dissociation. She assists clients working through the impact of grief, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and traumatic events sustained through life. With warmth, Christine works from a Narrative Therapy model that incorporates ACT, Mindfulness, DBT, EMDR and TRTP.

Dr Linda Mackay

Couple and Family Therapist

Linda MacKay is an Individual, Couple and Family Therapist, accredited supervisor and adjunct lecturer at the University of Notre Dame, Australia. She provides clinical supervision and training in couple and family therapy to practitioners and teams (often in adolescent mental health). She also provides consultation and leadership training to individuals and non-clinical organisational and family business environments.  She has published peer reviewed articles on trauma, adolescents and their families, parenting and supervision. Linda utilises a Bowen family systems framework to understand managing conflict, issues related to sex and intimacy, affairs, violence and abuse, and parenting symptomatic children and young people (Parent Hope Project). Rose Glassock

Warwick Poulsen is a Psychologist and Counsellor. He has over twenty years experience working with adults and adolescents in community mental health teams. His holistic approach is informed by Transactional Analysis, Jungian Analytical Psychology, Logotherapy, and other humanistic approaches, as well as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy. He has received formal training in both Gestalt and EMDR Therapy. Warwick's warm, down-to-earth style makes him a specialist in therapeutic relationship, and his extensive training and practice of Qi Gong and Tai Chi informs his knowledge of moving mindfulness. Rose Glassock works with clients across the life span with an empathic, caring and collaborative approach. She has extensive experience helping children and young people alongside their parents/carers with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and relationship issues. Rose tailors support to meet the needs of each client utilising a variety of approaches: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed therapy & a Positive Psychology framework. Rose has led a team of psychologists, disaster recovery responses and school teams. She brings this experience to provide professional mentoring focusing on self-care, trauma stewardship and strategies to address burnout and compassion fatigue.
